General Terms and Conditions

 By coming to dental hygiene, you agree to:

These general terms and conditions regulate the legal obligations between the service provider and the buyer of the provided services.

The operator provides dental hygiene on the basis of a valid trade license and documents certifying professional competence for the activities performed. By ordering a specific treatment date or ordering a gift voucher (in person, online, by phone or SMS), the buyer expresses his agreement with the operator's general terms and conditions. If the customer does not agree with these conditions, he has the option not to use the service.

1. You agree that dental hygiene is in accordance with your dentist's treatment plan and you follow his or her recommendations.
   
2. You agree that patients under the age of 18 are accompanied by their parents. If he comes unaccompanied, it is the parents' responsibility. (By entering the child's waiting room or directly into the doctor's office, the parent agrees to the child's treatment.)
   
3. You agree to the processing of your personal data or your child's data.
   
4. You agree not to conceal any illnesses, allergies, medications, contraindications and risks. These include pregnancy, breastfeeding, infectious disease, high blood pressure, latex allergy, blood thinners, etc...
5. You agree to the treatment price that will be charged to you. The prices are listed on the website varydental.cz and the price list is also placed in the area in front of the surgery.
   
6. You agree to the treatment prescribed by the dental hygienist and also to the adherence to the treatment plan. If you do not follow this treatment plan, you agree to make another appointment for initial dental hygiene.
   
7. You agree to the publication of photos of teeth. These photos are taken before and after treatment by a dental hygienist. You agree to their publication for advertising purposes. Only the teeth are visible in these photos and your identity will not be published anywhere.
   
8. You agree that in case of any change in medical history, you will report the change to the dental hygienist upon entering the office (address, name, illness, risks, medications, allergies, pregnancy,...)
   
9. You agree that you arrive at the pre-arranged date that you have arranged. You have received a confirmation email or SMS. The ordered date becomes a binding order. If you cannot attend the procedure on the agreed date, please notify us in advance by phone or SMS, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment. If you do not cancel your visit in sufficient time, you will be charged CZK 500 for the ordered service. Unfortunately, in such a short period of time, it is no longer possible to fill the place with another client.
10. You agree that the dental hygienist is not responsible for any possible loss of items before, during and after the treatment.
    
11. You agree that if you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened so that a client booked after your treatment can be served at the time they are booked for.
    
12. You agree that your procedure may be refused in the following cases: A) The client suffers from acute medical conditions (cough, cold, temperature, any infectious disease, allergies, herpes) B) The client arrives for treatment in a drunken state or under the influence of addictive substances C ) The client arrives for treatment with health problems D) The client arrives in unsatisfactory hygienic condition E) We reserve the right not to accept any client.
